Sharon Nowlan has always been inspired by the natural world, and her art is a direct reflection of that. From her studio in Novia Scotia, she crafts natural elements into beautiful works of hard. It all began with a walk on the beach. Nowlan and her son used to wander along the beaches gathering up little bits of the world they found to be magical - wave-washed twigs, sea glass, beautiful stones, and other surprises. Nowlan would envision and image to be made with their gatherings, and her subtle style of art was born.
